Using Private Email Servers v/s Shared Email Hosting has major advantages.

All clients/domains on a shared hosting server use a common host name and I.P. to send mail. Therefore, all email sent from the shared server gets tagged with a common host name and I.P. address.

If a client/domain on the server sends spam, the I.P. is blocked by SPAM RBL's. All mail sent from the shared servers I.P. (including your genuine email) is not received/rejected by mailservers/ISP's using these RBL's. This leads to a disruption of email services until the offending Spammer domain is identified and blocked and the I.P. is removed from the RBL lists.

All Private Email Servers are setup after payment clearance and delivered after 3 working days from the date of payment clearance. We need a 3 days window period to setup, configure and secure the Private Email Server.
