Till when is this offer valid?

How Do I pay?

Do you guarantee that my Domain name will be Registered once I have placed the order?
Domain names are only registered after the payment is credited to our bank account. There will be a time delay between your order and the domain registration process.
We do not Guarantee that that domain name ordered by you will be available for registration. If the domain is unavailable we shall request an alternative domain name from you or the amount of Rs. 95 will be credited to your account for future purchases. No refunds will be possible under this offer.

Who is the domain registrar?
Domains are registered with Directi, an ICAAN accredited registrar.

Can I transfer the domain to another registrar?
Newly registered domain names cannot be transferred to another registrar for upto 60 days from the date of registration. After sixty days you can transfer the domain to another registrar. To transfer the domain to another registrar, You will need a domain transfer secret (EPP code). You will have to raise a support ticket requesting Mumbai Hosting for the domain transfer
secret (EPP code). Mumbai Hosting will charge a one-time fee of Rs. 250 to send you the transfer (EPP) code for your domain name.

Can I move the domain to another reseller with Directi?
You will have to raise a support ticket requesting Mumbai Hosting to move your domain to another reseller account with Directi. Mumbai Hosting will charge a one-time fee of Rs. 250 to move the domain name to another reseller.

Is the domain registered in my name?
Yes, The domain is registered in your name. Mumbai Hosting will Never register a clients domain under its own company name.

Can I register more than 1 domain.
There is no limit to the number of in domain names that you can register.

Do I have to buy a hosting plan?
No. You can only register a domain. Buying a hosting plan is not compulsory.

What will be the default nameservers provided by Mumbai Hosting?

Can I enter my own nameservers while ordering the domain name?
Yes, you can enter your own name servers while ordering the domain name.
